I expect this pot for a week after I ordered and I thought it should be delivered after such a long time. But no! So I contacted the customerservice and turned out they lost the package. I know this is FedEx's fault but I am still angry even though they arrange a reshipment for me.

I am really glad I got this. I use it quite a bit for rice, cooking soups, and congee. I am loving it and I wish I would have purchased earlier. I bought one when I was in the US and bought another one several days before after I moved to my son's in Canada. Can't live without it.

get exchanged after broke down

My first one broke down after two weeks. It just stoped working. I contacted the customerservice, and they shipped me a new one, which works great till now. With this pot I don't need to worry about the coating thing. And the soup it makes is really yammy, especially motton soup.

Sharing my experience

It's my experience to every one. Before use it, you should boiling a water,it can get rid of the smell, and disinfecting. In a word, the machine is good and I like it so much.

healthy and easy food

If you want healthy and easy food that taste great try this Aicooker rice cooker. I just tried rice and soup and it turned out great every time. I don't have to spend much time cooking. I write good reviews for the items I purchase that I really like to support them so that they are around in the future.
By the way the clean up is really simple. Not much more than a little dish soap is needed and your ready to go for another meal.

happy with the product

I love my new rice cooker. I have used it several times and it works great every time. It nice and big so I can cook whole chicken with rice and vegetables. I like how I can know what procedure the cooker is. Easy to use and easy to clean. I'm happy with the product and enjoy it very much.

Great Cooker.

I do really like this pot but the instructions are a little bit off. You CANNOT heat this on the stove on high heat. this works great and I usually set it beforehand and then when I come home it is all ready to take out and eat. I also like the capacity as well. It would be nice to have a timer.
