Q:Do I need to sign up before placing order?
A:Yes, sign up as a member. It is free of charge and allow you to access member only perks & discount.

Q:How to update my information?
A:Login into your account, and click on "My Account" to make any changes.

Order

Q:Can I order thru phone?
A:To ensure your privacy, we accept orders online only.

Q:Can I make change or cancel my order?
A:Once we ship your order, we cannot make change or cancel your order.

Payment

Q:How do I pay for my order?
A:We accept PayPal, Credit Cards & Debit Cards.

Q:Why does it show "gateway error" while I am paying?
A:Make sure your payment information is correct.

Q:Why did I receive a message alert from my bank but the order did not go through?
A:Your bank is alerting you of a pre-authorized amount. Contact your bank to make sure the transaction is being processed.

Q:Why the amount remains the same after applying coupon?
A:Make sure you click on the "apply" button or check if there is any typo on the coupon code. Contact our customer representatives for "Invalid" coupon.

Q:Why is the coupon code "Invalid"?
A:Check if there is any typo or if the coupon is expires. Please note that only ONE coupon is permitted per order for each person/ member. Entering multiple coupon codes will not result in more discount.

Refund

Q:When will I received refund??
A:Refund will be issued within 2 - 7 business days once the item is received and met all conditions described in the REFUND POLICY.
Fund should be released to original payment method in 2-7 business days depending on your bank's policy.
